The 8th China Taobao Village Forum, themed by "China Taobao Village: Moderate Prosperity &Small Yet Beautiful-E-commerce Powers Rural Development; Digital Village Drives Well-off Society" was held in Suning County of Hebei Province in China from 25 to 27 September, 2020. Dr. Qu Sixi delivered a keynote speech at the ceremony focusing on the e-commerce development from various aspects, emphasizing e-commerce functions as the facilitator promoting the global food security and digitalized technology benefits the social and economic development worldwide, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
