Seminar on Cassava Production and Processing Technology for African Countries was a series of online events held from June 28 to July 15, 2021 by CATAS with facilitation from WFP China COE and CERFAM. The seminar spotlighted China's experience of cassava production and processing, hoping to support the cassava value chain development in Africa. Dr. Qu Sixi delivered the opening remarks for the seminar. Around 250 participants from 16 countries attended the 18-day seminar.
