Modern Agriculture Summit Forum, a sub-forum of the 28th China Yangling Agricultural High-Tech Fair, was held on 22 October, 2021 in Yangling, Shaanxi Province. Dr. Qu Sixi attend the opening ceremony virtually and delivered a video speech. In his speech, Dr. Qu reviewed China's agricultural development and technical advancement in recent years and noted that WFP and Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University were to enter a strategic partnership on South-South Cooperation.
