Virtual Seminar on Green Development and Poverty Alleviation of Tropical Agriculture for African Countries, another CATAS-led event supported by WFP China COE, was held from 14 to 18 December, 2021. It was an occasion to promote China's experience and technologies on green development and poverty alleviation of tropical agriculture. Mme. Maha Ahmed delivered opening remarks for both events. About 70 participants from 12 countries attended the seminar.
