Dr. CAO Baoming

Professor Cao Baoming, an expert in Chinese grain economy. He is the Dean of the Academy of Food Economics of Nanjing University of Finance and Economics(NUFE) and a doctoral supervisor. Professor Cao worked from lecture all the way up to the professor at NUFF. From 2009 to now, he serves as a Dean of the Academy of Food Economics of NUFE. Before this, he was the Associate Dean of Institute of Food Economics from 2003 to 2008. In 2003, he was appointed as the Associate Dean of School of Economics. Prior to this, he served as an associate dean of Academy of Industrial Development of NUFE in 2002.


Furthermore, Professor Cao Baoming also serves as the Under-Secretary-General & Standing Director of Grain Economic Association of China, the Editor-in-chief of Food Economics Research, and the leader of scientific and technological innovation team of "Qinglan Project" of general universities in Jiangsu Province. 


Professor Cao received his doctorship from Nanjing Agricultural University in 2011. He achieved his Bachelor degree in Agricultural Economics and Management from China Agricultural University in 1986.
